Bella Mia, Inc. is a Privately held Corporation in the State of Wisconsin. We incorporated in April of 1997 to begin providing Internet access and web hosting solutions locally and world wide. Since this time our company has grown to included several different areas of business in the Internet arena. This includes doing business as Maria's Internet Access. These services include dialup modem and ISDN consumer and business services and web hosting. We currently provide over 5700 dialup access numbers in the US, Canada and Europe. In the fall of 1997 Bella Mia, acquired KingBloom Design, a full featured graphic design and web site design shop located in Kenosha, Wi. Together with KingBloom, Mia.Net began designing and creating web sites, as well as hosting them. Bella Mia has created hundreds of web sites for a wide array of customers. Our hosting and reseller servers host over 3000 web sites from around the world. Our services also include our Colocation Division. We currently host over 80 Internet servers on various platforms from around the world. In late 1998 with technology on the move, we formed DSLone, and began offering xDSL services throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. We have recently started providing Wireless Access throughout Wisconsin, with plans for Illinois in 2001. In the fall of 99 we opened our new colocation facility and Internet connected business park in Lake Geneva, Wi. The Bella Mia Group consists of the following:
